Privacy policy

Privacy policy

Dopamyn (“Dopamyn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our users (“you”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), together with other documents we make available through our websites, applications, and services (the “Referenced Documents”), explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use Dopamyn.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and accept this Policy and the Referenced Documents.

1) Applicability and Purpose of This Policy

Applicability

This Policy applies to all Dopamyn services, including the services we provide through our websites, pages, features, or content that we own or operate (collectively, the “Websites”), as well as our web and mobile applications and any API interfaces we provide (collectively, the “Platforms”). Together, the Websites and Platforms are referred to as the “Services.”

You are not obligated to provide personal information to Dopamyn. However, certain information may be necessary for us to provide specific features (for example, account access, campaign participation, verification, or payouts). If you choose not to provide required information, you may not be able to access some or all Services.

Purpose

The purpose of this Policy is to inform you about:

  1. The categories of personal information we may collect and how we use them;

  2. How we use IP addresses, cookies, and similar technologies;

  3. How and when we disclose personal information to third parties;

  4. Your ability to access, correct, update, or delete personal information; and

  5. The security measures we use to help protect personal information.

2) Who We Are

Dopamyn builds tools that help brands run creator and community campaigns and helps creators earn rewards for real outcomes. Our Services are designed to make creator marketing more measurable by tracking campaign participation, linking submissions to campaign requirements, and using signals (including automated checks) to help determine whether campaign outcomes are met.

Dopamyn supports different types of users, including brands/project teams that create and manage campaigns, creators/community members who participate in campaigns, and visitors who browse campaign pages and public content. Depending on how you use Dopamyn, we may process information needed to operate the platform, verify participation, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the quality and security of the Services.

3) Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with Dopamyn’s Services, including when you:

  • browse our Websites, landing pages, documentation, or campaign listings;

  • create an account or maintain a profile on Dopamyn;

  • connect or link third-party accounts (such as social accounts) or provide public handles/links as part of participation;

  • receive rewards or payouts, including providing wallet addresses or payout identifiers needed to deliver rewards and maintain transaction records;

  • use referral features, including referral codes and referral activity tracking;

This Policy does not apply to third-party services you may access through Dopamyn (for example, social platforms, wallet providers, analytics providers, or payment/payout processors). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Public and blockchain information: Some information is public by nature (for example, public social handles or posts). Blockchain networks often make transaction data publicly visible. Dopamyn may display or process public information to provide the Services, but we do not control how third-party platforms or public networks handle that information.
