These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dopamyn’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes both you and that entity.

1) Definitions
“Campaign” means a program, quest, task set, or promotion created on the Services that may include requirements, eligibility rules, and potential rewards.
“Brand” (or “Campaign Creator”) means a user or entity that creates, funds, or manages a Campaign.
“Creator” (or “Participant”) means a user who participates in Campaigns, completes requirements, and submits proof.
“Reward” means any benefit offered in connection with a Campaign (e.g., tokens, NFTs, points, allowlist spots, merchandise, stablecoins, or other incentives).
“Content” means any text, links, images, posts, submissions, proofs, files, messages, or other materials provided through the Services.
“Wallet” means a blockchain wallet address you control.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services is legal where you live.
3) Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account and/or connect third-party accounts (such as social accounts) or a Wallet.
You agree to:
provide accurate and complete information;
keep your credentials secure;
promptly update account information as needed; and
notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4) The Services and How Dopamyn Works
Dopamyn provides tools for Brands to run Campaigns and for Creators to participate. Dopamyn may also provide systems to help evaluate Campaign activity and verify submissions using automated checks, rules, and signals.
Important: Dopamyn is generally not the sponsor of Campaigns. Campaign Creators are typically responsible for Campaign design, rules, eligibility, and Reward distribution unless Dopamyn explicitly states otherwise.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
5) Campaigns, Rules, and Verification
Each Campaign may include its own:
rules and requirements,
eligibility criteria,
timelines,
review processes, and
disqualification conditions.
By participating in a Campaign, you agree to comply with the Campaign’s rules and any instructions provided through the Services.
We (or the Campaign Creator) may:
request proof of completion,
review submissions (manually or automatically),
reject submissions that do not meet requirements, or
disqualify participants for violations, fraud, or abuse.
We reserve the right to enforce these Terms and Campaign rules to protect the integrity of the Services.
6) Rewards, Payouts, and Escrow
Rewards may be offered by Campaign Creators and may be delivered through on-chain transactions, third-party services, or other methods.
You understand and agree:
No guarantee of rewards: Completing tasks does not guarantee you will receive a Reward if you do not meet Campaign rules, eligibility criteria, or verification checks.
Third-party and on-chain risks: Blockchain transactions are typically irreversible. You are responsible for providing a correct Wallet address and for understanding risks of interacting with blockchain networks and third-party services.
Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from Rewards or participation.
Availability and value: Rewards may have no monetary value, may fluctuate in value, or may become unavailable. Dopamyn does not guarantee any value, liquidity, or market for any Reward.
If Dopamyn offers an escrow or payment flow (including smart-contract escrow), you acknowledge:
escrow systems may involve third-party infrastructure and blockchain networks;
network fees (gas) may apply; and
delays, congestion, or outages can affect transfers.
7) Referrals (If Available)
If you use referral features, you agree not to:
create fake accounts,
self-refer in a deceptive way,
run spam campaigns, or
manipulate referral tracking.
We may withhold or reverse referral benefits if we reasonably believe there has been abuse or fraud.
8) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to (and not to allow others to):
violate any law or regulation;
impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation;
use bots, scripts, scraping, or automation to manipulate Campaigns, rankings, or verification;
create multiple accounts to game eligibility (“sybil” behavior);
submit false, misleading, stolen, or manipulated proofs;
attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content;
harass, threaten, or abuse others;
interfere with the Services’ normal operation; or
use the Services to promote scams or unlawful activities.
We may investigate violations and take action, including removing content, disqualifying participation, suspending accounts, or reporting to authorities where appropriate.
9) User Content and License
You retain ownership of Content you submit, but you grant Dopamyn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your Content only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Services, including verifying Campaign participation and displaying Campaign-related activity.
You represent and warrant that:
you have the rights to submit your Content; and
your Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
We may remove Content that violates these Terms or Campaign rules.
10) Intellectual Property
The Services, including our software, designs, logos, and content (excluding your Content), are owned by Dopamyn or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services unless permitted by law or with our written permission.
11) Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (including social platforms, wallet providers, payment providers, analytics tools, and blockchain networks). We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their services, content, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
12) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOPAMYN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DOPAMYN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE;
CAMPAIGNS WILL BE AVAILABLE OR RUN AS EXPECTED;
REWARDS WILL BE DELIVERED, HAVE VALUE, OR BE TRANSFERABLE; OR
VERIFICATION RESULTS WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
13) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOPAMYN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOPAMYN’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOPAMYN FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dopamyn and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
your use of the Services,
your Content,
your participation in Campaigns,
your violation of these Terms, or
your violation of any rights of another.
15) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, Campaign rules, or applicable laws, or if your use creates risk for Dopamyn, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
16) Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws and dispute resolution procedures applicable in the jurisdiction where Dopamyn is incorporated and operates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dopamyn is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
18) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
